What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription and payment methods from your dashboard.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period, then you'll automatically switch back to the Free plan.
How does ID verification work?
When creating a prospect link, you can require ID verification. The prospect uploads their government-issued ID (front and back) and takes a live selfie. Our system verifies the ID is authentic and matches the person. You only pay when a verification is completed.
